Now watching as the entertainment was increasing, I moved fellow Kuma's from around me and watched the duel. This duel was actually quite interesting. Both of the girls could show they were proud to represent their Clan and their skill level showed no weakness. Usually not one to get into things as watching other duels, I found myself in shock to even think I'd watch the duel. It meant nothing to me. Kind of a selfish thought but it was true.
I looked around at the other guys around me and pointed to the duel.
"Check this out guys," I said. My voice was now in a mix between a joking style and one of a serious nature. "Looks like an interesting duel here. Well...at least one that stands out."
"Wow Jo," said one of the fellow Kuma's. "I can't believe you're paying attention to this stuff. We got other things to talk about man."
"Well sometimes you just need to relax. Enjoy life. Everything in this world isn't about clans." I sighed then returned to the duel.

Kasai was abit further away from the group not keeping up with there conversation, he would glance up afew times to look at the duel which showed to everyone else he had no intrest but he could also listen to what the duelist's were saying therefor allowing him to picture the duel in his head while keeping a straight face. He was reading a book on past duels, which seemed to keep him chilled out.
"Is this really my group" Kasai thought to himself, teasing around with the idea.

((OOC, I may be new to the site and all but last time i checked we do not tell our opponent the cards in our hands. Call me crazy but that sounds rather stupid. Now I understand the whole point of not cheated and i can never understand why people would do that but even on duels like this a certain matter of trust is involved. For example traps are only traps if the enemy doesn't know that they are there.))
Richard noticed a group gathering inside the stadium. As always curiosity took the better of him and he moved forward inside. When he got in he noticed there were a few girls dueling. Interesting. Richard had eventually entered the Tora Clan and noticed one of its members was one of the duelists. Lets see what my clan has to offer in the way of duelist.

Alexa looked around at the crowd "I guess I should have expected an audience seeing as we're duelling here. I better put on a good show, don't want to embarass myself again like that novice error with dust tornado." she murmured to herself.

((OOC: We only posted out starting hands because we don't quite know how to approach a forum duel. An so Alexa posted her starting hand and to make it fair, I posted mine too. It's just a one time thing and it probably won't happen again))
This isn't looking good, and Yomi needs to draw a good monster in order to have any chance of winning this duel. She drew her card and sighed. While this isn't a bad card to say the least, she was hoping for something else. Yomi looked around and see a crowd gathering. Not that she minded or cared, but maybe, for some reason, it would unnerve her opponent?
Yomi summoned the monster from her hand and out comes a blue dragon holding what seems to be holding a yellow egg. Quite frankly, she has no clue what her Exploder Dragon (1000/0) is holding. After a short pause, she said, "I think I will have my Exploder Dragon attack directly."
((OOC: Turn not over, I just need to know if you will counter first.))

Alexa blinked, didn't Yomi know exploder dragon couldn't deal any damage thanks to its otherwise useful effect? Perhaps not, or maybe it was a trick. Alexa fingered her face down but decided to gamble, and hope Yomi couldn't summon a sacrifice monster next turn. [no counter ]

((OOC: Yep, I was that out of it that day, didn't read the effect properly, ah well))
Yomi shrugged, she did overlook her card's effect, but that just makes one mistake each in this duel. Still, it would make her opponent think twice about attacking her monster since if Exploder is destroyed as a result of battle, it will take the attacking monster with it. Yomi pretended to ponder for a momment, then said, "Let's end this turn."

"Alright then!" Alexa said, drawing her card and inwardly sagging, it wasn't the card she'd hoped for, but she guessed it was servicable, although annoyingly she couldn't destroy Yomi's monster without sacrificing her own. "Ok then, all I'm going to do for now is set one card in face down defence mode, that'll end my turn."
[assuming no counters for the monster, but feel free to do so if you want]

Yomi drew her card, and then said, "Let's try a mimic move." She then proceeded to set a monster and motioned that she has ended her turn. Her luck seems to be turning around though, seeing how she is actually drawing some monsters. If luck would have it, Yomi feels that she could turn this duel around, at least part way.

Alexa drew a card, glanced at it quickly and pulled a face "Grrr, thats not what I need!" she muttered to herself "Alright then, I lay another card face down and end my turn." she said, laying her card

Yomi was pleasantly surprised by her opponent's facial expression when Alexa drew her card, and was even more pleasantly surprised, for a change, as what she drew. She didn't let it show though, and this situation is far from perfect. For starters, she wanted to have a little more insurance for this, but desperate times calls for desperate measures.
"Time for a beat stick to enter the field. I will tribute my face-down monster to summon my Prime Material Dragon (2400/2000). Now, let's see if you have anything for a counter before I consider what to do next."

"I'm not about to sit back and let that happen! I activate trap hole! This'll destroy your dragon unless you can do something to stop it!" Alexa said, revealling her face down.

Yomi shook her head and said, "If I let my dragon be destroyed like that, I might as well surrender the duel." She activated her Solemn Judgment and said, "Solemn Judgment, half my life points, negate your trap." She then change her Exploder Dragon to defense position and said, "Prime Material Dragon will attack your monster."
((OOC: Turn again not over, just need to see if you will counter, and if not, what the monster is.))

Alexa grinned "I guessed you'd block at least one of my traps, so I activated that one first so I could guarantee the activation of this! Mirror Force!" Alexa exclaimed happily - if this worked she was set, but then she frowned, if it didn't then she was royally screwed

Yomi activated her last face-down trap and smiled. "How about using one of my favourite traps to counter that one? Trap Jammer will have the honour of jamming up your trap." She paused and then added, "Oh yeah, which means the attack continues, and that I will finally see what monster your face-down is."
