"I'm... well..." She thought for a moment. "I suppose I was actually feeling like I was going mad. I feel wasted in the position I'm in. Though I'm efficient at the job I do, it doesn't quite seem meaningful to stay on the phone with business associates planning out meetings and doing job interviews. I realize that climbing the ladder will take time, but I'm impatient, and I don't want to wait that long."
Most employees would've said 'Oh no, I'm just fine sir.' She tended to speak her mind. It got her farther.

"Believe it or not, I agree with you. I think you're being wasted up there as well. The question is definitely, what shall we do about that. I know there has to be something that you can do also that doesn't waste your talent...What interests you at this company, Shion?"

"Well, as you saw, I was designing cards and effects at my desk when you walked up. I am also very well versed in the electronics behind the dueling arenas and the discs. I was one of those kids where when Mom and Dad said that I couldn't get one of the fancy duel discs from the shops, I made my own out of scrap parts and old duel chips." Shion stated. "It wasn't exactly pretty but it got the job done."

"In other words, your specialties lie in everything this company has a monopoly over." He asked, more of a statement than a question. He smirked a bit, looking her in the eye.

"Pretty much. I've dabbled into everything." It wasn't arrogance. It was just a statement of fact. She couldn't help what was true.

"Impressive. A lot of my ambassadors and executives have no creative side, and therefore cannot even figure out how to make themselves a simple idea concept. Amazing, it is. Worse part is, they're far older than me. One would think they could create a simple job description." He grumbled on. "Shame. Word on the street is, one of them got fired today, after messing up big in a press conference, and delivering the secret by leaking out what our next largest project is."

"Pity to be him." Shion stated as she walked along. Finally her hands had gone into the pockets of her skirt casually, but she kept her eyes on Tyson, just in case he turned his head to check that she was still listening. "Pity for all of them, they don't seem to hold their jobs in high regard and seem to have the impression that they can't be fired, no matter what idiotic stunts they pull."
Oh, the pot calling the kettle black.

"Perhaps it's just because they have no safe line. Not only do they betray the companies secrets, but they're also not witty at all. Droll, and incredibly boring instead. I have other employees that would be a much better fit. Some that are far more intelligent, and actually know how to tell a joke, and make someone laugh."
They might be subordinate and employee, but they were still kids, so he very gently nudged her as he said this.

She grinned a bit. And finally she figured out what he was getting at. It took long enough.
"Glad someone around here can keep you on your toes Tyson." Shion said with a hint of a teasing tone. "So, in a straight-forward sort of way to say it, you want this intelligent and witty person to take up a position that was unfitting for the last. But how do you know she's capable for the job?" She asked him, an amused look on her face.

"She has a big enough ego that It wouldn't make sense if she didn't, so she better hope she can." He mumbled to himself just loud enough for her beside him to hear.

"And what does that make you?" Shion shot back out of the corner of her mouth with a wink. Then she laughed a bit and started to speak normally.
"Well... I must say it's sounding much better then being your personal secretary. I'll accept." Shion said. She didn't really need to have a thought about it. She was far too ambitious, and she needed a challenge.

"Are you sure you want to be the only one going into meetings with me Shion? Could be a little tough to keep your tongue. Might need a little help with that." As they approached the elevators, he stuck a key directly under the up button. He held the key there, then pressed the button while turning said key, before taking it out again.
He stood there, waiting for it.

"I'm sure I can keep my tongue under check. Difficult but I'll have more motivation to do so, won't I?" She said with a hint of sarcasm. But, the last part, she didn't truly need the motivation. If she needed to, she could keep a zipped lip.

"Doesn't matter too much to me, but when talking with my, I'm sorry, OUR business partners, we need to stay professional, you know. Of course, we joke on each other, so that's perfectly fine with just us. I couldn't care less."
As the elevator came, he extended his hand towards it, gesturing her inside. He even did an exaggerated head bow, half polite, half sarcastic.

She raised an eyebrow but inclined her head in an exaggeration of the Japanese fashion and she stepped onto the elevator.
"Of course I know that. I know I don't seem it but you can take me out in public and I will behave... shocking I know." Shion stated as she turned herself around to face the elevator doors.
