"When it's unexpected that someone will take note of your skills and promote you to a position where said skills can be used, built upon, and prosper, then you something is wrong with your position in a job. However, for the record, you're very welcome. I had that feeling that you won't let me down, and I decided to run with it. That, and when I saw your skills actually passed all the way up to me, I saw so much on that resume, that I couldn't resist."

She nodded and looked extremely grateful.
"Well, glad you have that much faith in me. I don't think I could stand that desk a moment longer." She said.

"If you'd like, I could get them to bring it right up." He said jokingly. "But, of course, I wouldn't do that. I always try my best to keep my employees...and friends happy.

"Good thing to do." She commented to him. "Keep everyone happy, and they keep you happy, no?"

"Exactly. It's a two way beneficial relationship." He smiled at her understanding of such. "It's really quite a nice thing."

And thus, she was stuck with not knowing what to say next to him. With every moment, she was finding even less and less things to say to him. Then, she checked her watch and cursed.
"Damn it! I was supposed to do a job interview with an applicant right now!" She swore.

"Oh really now?" He thought for a moment. "I suppose it's about time to head downstairs, then, dont'cha think?"
Tyson shrugged a short shrug. "I usually would care about that type of thing, but we were doing something rather important."

She nodded. "Yes, I figured as much." She said, and then she walked out of her new personal office towards the door to go see Alexa Roberts, a new applicant. She smirked a bit. If she were evil, she might suggest her previous job for Alexa. After all, there was a vacancy.

He shrugged, and decided to follow, he needed to go check on some of the departments on the second floor anyways.
"Any specifics about this new potential employee?"

"Alexa Rhodes. Somewhat... bubbly, good with people, or at least it seemed that way over the phone. I didn't get to read her resume over that closely yet." Shion commented.

(Rhodes? Really?)
"Candidate for your prior job perhaps, if she's good with people?" He shrugged slightly.

Alexa was tired of waiting, it had been almost half an hour since she got here and since then she had redesigned and (in her opinion) improved half a dozen cards on the secretary's computer and attempted countless times to track down her interval room to no avail. She was just about ready to give up... but no, perhaps being late would make her potential employer sympathetic? Or maybe someone had already taken the job, and she hadn't been told. But either way, Alexa wasn't a quitter, so she plunged back into the computer for one last go at finding the room.

((Sorry. Roberts. XDD))
She laughed. "I wouldn't inflict that upon anyone but if she wants it." She said.
Finally after some time, they got back to her desk and she saw a girl sitting there at her desk on her computer. The person she was supposed to interview, most likely.
She smirked and decided to take a leaf out of Tyson's book, and take the girl by surprise.
She tapped the girl on the shoulder and gave her a bright smile. "Waiting long?" She asked.

Alexa jumped out of her skin, hastily standing up and turning around in one fast and fumbled movement. "Oh! Hi! I wasn't... I was just..." she spluttered out before trying to inject some irony into her blatant intrusion "Erm, your network is really hard to navigate..." she added, laughing nervously.

Shion shook her head quietly but that was the only indication of the amusement she felt at Alexa's response. She leaned over and tapped a few keys rapidly, first saving the progress Alexa had made on her cards (what the hell? She hadn't put that there...) and then logging out of her user.
"So, is hacking usually one of your talents?" She asked in good humour.
